Kirsikankukkajuhla Hanami järjestetään Roihuvuoren Kirsikkapuistossa (Sahaajankadun ja Abraham Wetterin tien kulma, Helsinki) lauantaina 10.5.2025 klo 12-18. Tilaisuus on maksuton. Suomen Chado Urasenke Tankokai yhdistys ry. esittelee japanilaista teetaidetta teltassa iirislammen lähellä klo 12-17. Teetä valmistetaan näytösluontoisesti Washindana-teepöydän ääressä. Pöydän ääressä tehtävä teenvalmistus on suunniteltu erityisesti paikkoihin, joissa ei ole perinteisiä tatami-mattoja. Tapahtumassa ei tarjoilla teetä yleisölle. Tervetuloa katsomaan ja kuulemaan lisää teetaiteen opiskelusta Suomessa!

Hanami, the cherry blossom viewing event takes place in the Roihuvuori Cherry Blossom Park (in the corner of Sahaajankatu and Abraham Wetterin tie, in Helsinki) on Saturday May 10th 2025 from 12am to 6pm. The entry is free. Chado Urasenke Tankokai Finland Association will demonstrate the Japanese Way of Tea in a tent near the iris pond from 12am to 5pm. Tea is prepared with the Washindana table, designed especially for spaces without the traditional tatami mats. We will not be serving tea for the audience. Welcome to watch and to hear more about studying the Way of Tea in Finland!
