Teehuoneen arkkitehtuuri – Luento japanilaisesta teetaiteesta / Tea room architechture – a lecture on Japanese way of tea (in Finnish and Japanese only)
Torstaina 23.10. klo 18–20 Itäkeskuksen Stoassa avautuu ikkuna japanilaisen teetaiteen maailmaan.
Teehuoneen arkkitehtuuri ja teen opettaja Teruhito Iijima johdattaa kuulijat teehuoneen arkkitehtuurin estetiikkaan ja sen syvälliseen merkitykseen japanilaisessa kulttuurissa. Luento esittelee myös hänen suunnittelemansa Marimekko-teehuoneen, joka rakennettiin vuonna 2019 Osakan Itämaisen keramiikan museoon, sekä kiotolaisen ruokakulttuurin vuodenkierron.
Luento pidetään japaniksi, tulkkaus suomeksi.
Osallistumismaksu: 20 €, yhdistyksen jäsenille 15€ (voit osallistua joko läsnä tai etänä. Etäosallistujille lähetetään linkki päivää ennen tapahtumaa.) Maksu suoritetaan Suomen Chado Urasenke Tankokai yhdistys ry:n tilille FI21 2264 1800 1310 00 viitenumerolla 100544. Maksun eräpäivä on 9.10.2025.

On Thursday 23 October, 18:00–20:00, in Stoa, Itäkeskus, a window will be opened into the world of Japanese way of tea.
Tea teacher and tea room architect Teruhito Iijima will guide the audience through the aesthetics and cultural significance of tea room architecture. The lecture also introduces his Marimekko tea room, built in 2019 for the Museum of Oriental Ceramics in Osaka, as well as the seasonal cycle of Kyoto cuisine.
Lecture in Japanese with Finnish interpretation.
Participation fee: €20, or €15 for members (attendance in person or online; online participants will receive a link the day before). The payment is to be made to the account of Suomen Chado Urasenke Tankokai yhdistys ry (FI21 2264 1800 1310 00) using reference number 100544. Payment due date is 9 October, 2025.
